1. What TreeBidly Does

TreeBidly is a tool that helps arborists and tree service professionals create estimates from voice recordings. It uses AI to generate estimate content based on your descriptions. TreeBidly is provided by TreeScale Agency LLC.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use TreeBidly. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account is for one person — sharing accounts with others isn't allowed and may result in account suspension.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, you can continue on the free plan (up to 5 estimates per month) or upgrade to Pro for unlimited estimates. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.

4. Fair Use

Each TreeBidly account is intended for use by one individual arborist or estimator in the normal course of their tree care business. "Unlimited" plans are subject to the following fair-use expectations:

Estimates are created by the account holder for their own tree service work.
Usage stays within reasonable professional volumes. We apply a daily processing limit to protect service quality for all users. Normal use will never come close to this limit.
Accounts are not shared between multiple people, used to generate estimates for other businesses, or used for bulk/automated processing.

If we notice usage patterns that are significantly outside normal professional use, we'll reach out to you before taking any action. We're not here to nickel-and-dime working arborists — this policy exists to prevent abuse and keep the service affordable for everyone.

5. Your Data

You own your estimates, recordings, and business data. We store it to provide the service and sync it across your devices. You can export or delete your data at any time. We don't sell your data to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Estimates

TreeBidly uses AI to generate estimate content. While we work to make estimates accurate:

AI-generated estimates are suggestions — you should always review them before sending to clients.
TreeBidly is not responsible for pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated estimates.
You are responsible for verifying all pricing, scope of work, and terms before presenting estimates to your clients.

7. What's Not Allowed

Sharing your account credentials with others
Using automated tools or bots to generate estimates
Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures
Using the service for anything illegal

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. For full account deletion, email us.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep TreeBidly available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The app works offline for viewing existing estimates, but creating new estimates requires an internet connection. We may update or change features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TreeBidly is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or business decisions made based on AI-generated estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
